These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the participant", "the customer") and T. Meredith trading as The Property Prequel Roadmap ("we", "us", "our").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR ACCESSING THE COURSE. By taking any of the following actions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms:

• Clicking 'Buy Now', 'Enrol', 'Purchase', or any equivalent checkout button on our website or course platform

• Completing payment for the course via Stripe or PayPal

• Accessing the course content through the Systeme.io platform after purchase

• Downloading, using, or engaging with any course materials or resources

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with your purchase or access the course. Your act of completing the purchase checkout constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms, which has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

2. About The Property Prequel Roadmap

The Property Prequel Roadmap is a 9-step online educational course designed to help individuals assess whether property development is right for them before committing financially. The course includes video content, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and other educational resources.

The course covers areas including but not limited to: industry overview, development types, risk assessment, financial readiness, skills assessment, and strategic thinking frameworks. All content is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice of any kind.

3. Eligibility

To purchase and access our course, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Reside in a jurisdiction where the purchase and use of online educational content is permitted

By completing a purchase, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. International Participants

4.1 Global Availability

The Property Prequel Roadmap course is made available to participants worldwide. We welcome students from all countries and jurisdictions. However, by purchasing and accessing the course from outside Australia, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The course content, case studies, frameworks, and examples are primarily based on the Australian property development market, including Australian planning laws, financing structures, taxation rules, and industry practices. If you are located outside Australia, the concepts and frameworks presented may require adaptation to your local market, regulations, and legal environment. We make no representation that the content is applicable, accurate, or complete in relation to any jurisdiction outside Australia. International participants must seek independent professional advice qualified in their own jurisdiction before making any property-related decisions.

4.3 Your Responsibility to Comply with Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of the course complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country or region, including any restrictions on online course purchases, digital goods, financial education content, or consumer protections that may apply to you. We are not responsible for any failure by you to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.4 Currency and Taxes

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) will handle currency conversion. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or charges that may be applicable in your country in connection with your purchase. We do not collect or remit taxes on behalf of international participants.

4.5 Governing Law for International Participants

Regardless of where you are located, these Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By purchasing the course, international participants irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes. You waive any objection to the courts of New South Wales on the grounds of inconvenient forum.

5. Course Access and Enrolment

5.1 Access

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to The Property Prequel Roadmap course through our Systeme.io course platform. Access details will be provided to the email address used at the time of purchase.

5.2 Personal Use Only

Your course access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, transfer, or resell your login credentials or course access with any other person. Each purchase grants access to one individual only.

5.3 Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, you will receive ongoing access to the course content as it exists at the time of purchase, subject to the platform remaining operational. We reserve the right to update, modify, or supplement course content at our discretion.

5.4 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and compatible device to access the course content. We are not responsible for any inability to access the course due to your technical setup.

6. Payment

5.1 Pricing

Course pricing is displayed at the time of purchase on our website. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are inclusive of any applicable GST.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through these third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

5.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe and/or PayPal in accordance with their respective security standards. You agree to their terms of service when using their payment processing services.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at info@thepropertyprequelroadmap.com.au.

7.2 Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date

• Contact us via email at info@thepropertyprequelroadmap.com.au with your order details and reason for refund

7.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Stripe or PayPal processing times. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the policy is being abused.

7.4 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the course is found to have a major failure or is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, regardless of our policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All course materials, content, worksheets, templates, frameworks, videos, graphics, branding, and resources provided as part of The Property Prequel Roadmap are the intellectual property of T. Meredith trading as The Property Prequel Roadmap and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. All rights reserved.

8.2 Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the course materials for your own personal learning and property development journey. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials to any third party

• Share, upload, or publish course materials on any platform

• Create derivative works, summaries, or adaptations for distribution

• Use any course content for commercial purposes

• Screen record, screenshot, or otherwise capture course video content for distribution

8.3 Breach

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action and/or termination of your access to the course without refund.

9. Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to use our course platform and any associated community or communication channels in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other participants or our team

• Engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive conduct

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or course materials

• Post or share any defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove you from the course platform without refund if you breach these conduct standards.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Property Prequel Roadmap course and all associated content and resources are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the course content is accurate, complete, or current

• That the course will meet your specific learning objectives or financial goals

• That any strategies or frameworks discussed will be suitable for your individual circumstances

• That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues

Property development involves significant financial risk. Past results discussed or illustrated in the course are not indicative of future performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, T. Meredith trading as The Property Prequel Roadmap and its principals, employees, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of income, profit, or anticipated savings

• Loss of data or business opportunity

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage

• Financial loss arising from property investment or development decisions made in reliance on our course content

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T. Meredith trading as The Property Prequel Roadmap and its principals, employees, representatives, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to our course, websites, or services

• Your breach of any provision of these Terms

• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party

• Any property development activities you undertake based on or in connection with your use of our course content

• Any dispute between you and any third party arising out of your use of our services

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the course.

13. Third-Party Services

Our course platform operates through Systeme.io, and payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or service interruptions of these third-party providers.

14. Modifications to Course Content and Terms

14.1 Course Content

We reserve the right to update, modify, add to, or remove course content at any time to ensure accuracy, currency, and quality. We will endeavour to notify course participants of significant changes.

14.2 Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the course following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course without notice and without refund if you breach any of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe your use of the course is harmful to us or other participants.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This applies regardless of where you are located when you access or purchase the course. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the course, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation or the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. International participants irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our General Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your access to and use of The Property Prequel Roadmap course and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
